Dr. Merrill earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree in 1990 from California College of Podiatric Medicine (CCPM) in San Francisco, CA. He served his internship and residency with CCPM working at various hospitals in the Bay Area, concentrating the majority of his surgical training in Tempe, AZ. Dr. Merrill is Board Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery. He is an avid runner, the owner of Southern Oregon Foot & Ankle and has served his patients of the Rogue Valley for over seven of his twenty-seven years in practice.
Dr. Gerber joined Southern Oregon Foot & Ankle in 2016 and earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree at Kent State University – College of Podiatric Medicine and his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University Idaho. Having rotated on a varied number of specialties including Vascular Surgery, Acute Care & Trauma Surgery, Family Medicine, Rheumatology, Endocrinology, & Anesthesiology, Dr. Gerber is prepared to treat numerous foot and ankle conditions.
