Dr. Gerber joined the team at Southern Oregon Foot & Ankle in August of 2016 and is excited to serve the people in the Rogue Valley area. Having rotated on a varied number of medical and surgical specialties including Vascular Surgery, Acute Care Surgery, Trauma Surgery, Family Medicine, Rheumatology, Endocrinology, Radiology, and Anesthesiology, Dr. Gerber is prepared and ready to treat the many different foot and ankle conditions that beset his patients. When it comes to treating his patients he feels it a pleasure and duty to carry on the highly ethical traits and decision making instilled in him at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center & College of Medicine where he did his surgical residency.
Prior to his surgical training Dr. Gerber received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree at Kent State University – College of Podiatric Medicine and his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University – Idaho.
As a bilingual provider, he has the ability to communicate effectively with patients who speak Spanish.

When Dr. Gerber isn't working he enjoys spending time with his family. He has three children that are active and love to play with their dad. They all enjoy camping, hiking, and being together especially in the beautiful outdoors of Southern Oregon.
