Everyone here at Southern Oregon Foot & Ankle is excited to welcome our newest team member, Adam J. Gerber, DPM, into our practice.
We look forward to having the capacity now to provide exceptional foot care services for even more patients from our Medford, OR community!
Dr. Gerber has completed his residency at the Ohio State University’s Wexner Medical Center & College of Medicine (Department of Orthopedic Surgery, Division of Podiatric Surgery), and will officially join the practice in August.
Dr. Gerber performed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University – Idaho (Rexburg, ID) before earning his doctorate of podiatric medicine (DPM) from Kent State University – College of Podiatric Medicine (Independence, OH) in 2008. While doing his residency, Dr. Gerber was co-Chief Resident and a member of the Residency Advisory Council (RAC). In these capacities, Dr. Gerber managed weekly educational meetings, assigned presentations and topics to residents and medical students, and created the yearly schedule for incoming 1st and 2nd year residents.
Dr. Gerber is board-qualified in foot surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS), certified in foot and ankle arthroscopy by the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons, and holds ACLS, BLS, and Hyperbaric Medicine & Wound Management certifications. He is a resident member of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons and has membership in the Ohio Foot and Medical Association.
