Ask Local Runners: Stop in the local running shop and ask for tips on good running trails. You can also ask the front desk at your hotel. They always have information on good places to eat, as well as good parks and areas to run.
Stay Somewhere With a Treadmill: If you are short on time and just want to get in a quick run, make sure to stay at a hotel with a gym.
